Naturally, I occupied myself with the internet...
My doctors have been telling for a while to take my vitamins. Sometimes, I do. Mostly, I forget. I've been told several times if I take my vitamins, I'll be happier. Strange. But, I figured it would probably be a good idea to look into these calms and decide for myself.
Vitamin B12-

- Important factor in immune system support.
- Contributes to strong bones.
- Increases mental alertness.
- Essential for heart health.
I got a b12 shot last spring after stopping my antidepressants (I was exhausted) and it worked A TON. I mean, it takes a few days for it to kick in, but it was great. I'm going to get another one when I go home next.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I take Vitamin D gummy vitamins (they taste like candy, hah) everyday and I think that those help a lot too! You should take your vitamins!
